Cardboard Design at Nuttall Packaging

February has continued to be busy not just manufacturing and delivering boxes but also for our cardboard design.

Designing cardboard boxes and inserts is done working with our customers to ensure a quick and smooth project for a price that will suit the budget of the pack. We have several different machines capable of manufacturing die cut inserts or boxes in different ways to ensure we can offer the best unit price for small, medium or large runs.

The images below show a base & lid fitment that we designed to slot neatly into a customers existing carton to help prevent the tins from being dented in transit, reducing costly rejected deliveries and helping the customer deliver a professional end product first time.

As well as newly designed packs we can help with re-designs. We were able to help a customer by replacing a tiny packing carton with a sensible self locking die-cut box saving the customer money, packing time and delivering a much better box to help with distribution.
